10+ years of experience in collections processes, underwriting and finance, or in similar positions in P&C insurance companies Eight-plus years in P&C insurance-related company, cash application processes and cashflows Strong knowledge of underwriting & Lloyd's syndicate processes, reading, and interpreting SLIP and declaration, is a plus Detail-oriented, able to drive end-to-end processing, persistent, proactive, and engagement are essential Excellent interpersonal skill, ability to work independently and with a team Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel-macro, complex formulas, VBA is a plus Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to be effective and meet business needs Committed, organized and analytical, efficient time-management skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure Willing and able to adapt to change
