This role involves analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, and producing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes. The Specialist will report to the Workforce Planning and Training Manager. Major Duties and Responsibilities Assess and conduct training sessions Train experienced team members on new procedures Develop educational materials and SOPs Provide coaching and mentoring Document quality scoring and training progress Support efforts to enhance customer experience Administer recognition program based on Key Performance Metrics (KPM's) Assist with new projects and departmental needs Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Experience with job file audits related to insurance Training experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of loss estimating Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adaptability and leadership skills Education High School Diploma or GED IICRC, Water Restoration Technician, and Applied Structural Drying certification preferred Working Conditions Standard working hours in a professional environment Additional hours as required for business needs About the Company For more than 50 years, the company has been a trusted leader in various restoration services throughout the United States and Canada.
