Key Responsibilities: Field Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of field operations, including indoor air quality assessments, mold remediation, and disinfection projects. Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion. Conduct site visits and assessments to develop effective remediation plans. Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to optimize field productivity. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including property managers, facility owners, and insurance companies. Conduct presentations and consultations to educate clients on indoor air quality issues and our services. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and train field technicians and sales representatives to enhance their skills. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. Work in the field with the team. Scale team and sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in indoor air quality, mold remediation, or related fields. Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held. Proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong technical knowledge of indoor air quality, mold remediation, and disinfection protocols. Background in trades is preferred. Willingness to work in the field alongside technicians until sales goals are met. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Pittsburgh area. Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRS, CIE, CMC, CRM) are a plus but not required.
