About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our Legal team as a Corporate Paralegal based in Shelton, CT or Miami, FL. The Corporate Paralegal supports the Legal Department with corporate governance, including business entity management, reporting and controls, as well as assisting with leasing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Innovate processes and procedures to maintain business entities. Draft corporate resolutions and minutes. Maintain CSC and Diligent data as well as corporate signatory list, business entity list and Global Authority Matrix. Assist with drafting leasing notices. Partner & collaborate to work closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver project objectives. Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment. Ability to work with multiple initiatives and delivery timelines, as well as comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability. Plan, prioritize and manage projects to ensure the successful, timeliness and quality delivery of projects. Work cross-functionally with all groups within Legal as well as other business teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. Project Management. Minimum of 1-5 years' experience. Communication. Knowledge and versatility with software, including Diligent, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Outlook, MS Teams, OneNote and Outlook. Exemplary personal and professional integrity and legal ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information and circumstances with sensitivity and discretion. Ability to manage a large, fast-paced, and dynamic workload for multiple stakeholders with little supervision. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, independently manage tasks, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines effectively. Organized, detail-oriented, aptitude for applying critical thinking to execution, eager Problem-solver. Highly efficient individual experienced in developing and implementing business entity management maintenance controls and processes. Team player with a positive attitude who enjoys collaborating with others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. What do we Offer?
