We lead through our values centered on inclusivity, service, integrity, community and e join our amazing team!We offer a competitive salary and a full comprehensive benefit package to full-time employees: •Medical - 3 Tier Options - Health Savings Account - Live Health Online•Dental•Vision•Employer Paid Life and AD&D - 1 x annual Earnings•Employer Paid Short-term Disability•Employer Paid Long-term Disability•Voluntary Life Insurance•Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness•Employee Assistance Program•401K - Safe Harbor match of 100% up to 3% of pay and then 50% on the next 2% of pay•Tuition Reimbursement•Bereavement Leave•Sick Time•Vacation Time•12 Paid Holidays Vocational/Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary: Assists the Health and Wellness Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating an efficient wellness program consistent with the students' needs and Job Corps goals and objectives.Vocational/Licensed Practical Nurse Duties:Performs duties under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director.Responsible for ensuring doctor's orders are followed in the Wellness Center and the care of all patients as prescribed.Maintains charts on all patients and compiles medical and dental records of terminated students.Notifies residential personnel of released a record of all admissions and piles various logs, records and reports; for example, wellness use, examinations and medication use.Maintains a record of all calls to on-call medical personnel.Dispenses prescribed with cursory examinations, sick call and wellness care.Serves as on-call nurse when schedules.Works to ensure performance management standards are met.Ensures that required property (equipment) controls are adhered to.Maintains current knowledge in CPR and First AidEnsures that the facility is clean and safe at all times.Monitor's area of responsibility to ensure timely and high-quality services.Works toward meeting performance management goalsFollows CDSS plan and Code of Conduct system plies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulation, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.Models, mentors, monitors appropriate Career Success Standards.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Experience: One year of related experience and/or training is necessary.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and diploma from an accredited Practical Nursing Program.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current Vocational/Licensed Practical Nurse license from the State, current BLS/CPR certification.
