Inspect & record inbound and outbound vehicle data Contact affected department for entrance authorization and instructions Verify correct load & temperature settings Verify product returns Use Yard Management systems and perform data entry tasks Process company driver check-in paperwork Collect, sort and distribute driver paperwork to appropriate departments Assist DTI team with after office hours driver support Notify DTI management of safety or security accidents, incidents, or violations Assist with keeping the Gate Station clean Role Specifics: Available Schedules: Monday-Friday(8:00AM- 1:00PM) Outdoor work in all weather conditions Work independently during majority of the shift We Need You To Have: High School Diploma or GED Good verbal & written communication skills Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate positively & effectively with internal & external customers Ability to work independently and as a team Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate in a safety sensitive environment We'd Like You To Have: The availability to work overtime What Can Dot Offer You?
