Please apply today!Perks:Role can be full-time or part-time401k after a year of employment2 preventative dental visits per year!Reduced fee scheduleSupportive, collaborative work environmentResponsibilities•Work alongside our dental hygienists, multi-specialty Doctors, and administrative staff in composing comprehensive treatment plans•Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x-rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated•Perform work that is in compliance with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines•Inspect the patients' teeth thoroughly using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments to identify any areas of dental diseases and determine the overall state of dental health•Issue referral for the client to dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate•Instruct patients on the use of recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as dentures and retainers and educate on the importance of good oral hygieneQualifications•General Practice Residency (GPR)•NYS dental license•NYS resident•Advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is helpful•Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry•A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required•Unrestricted and current state license in good standing•CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are required
