SALARY RANGE $64,890.02 Annually $2,495.77 Bi-weekly Position Summary This is an Application Developer position dedicated (100%) to support the IT systems utilized by APD to accomplish its mission in the community, to include the following: The Work You Will Do Writes, translates and code software programs to build new applications, or enhance the functionality of existing applications according to required specifications. Provides maintenance and support to existing APD business applications. Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of the business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop new or enhance existing software programs and applications. Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing applications for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging. Liaise with network administrators, database administrators, systems analysts, and business owners to assist in resolving problems with applications/programs. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications A minimum two-year degree in programming/computer science OR a Microsoft C# developer certification, OR at least two years of experience in software development. Experience developing and implementation n-tier web applications using C#, .Net Framework/Core, XML, JSON, /Entity Framework, Restful Services, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, , Web Forms/MVC and IIS. Experience with the complete software development lifecycle phases, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of n-tier web applications. Experience creating Stored Procedures and development of database objects using SQL Server. Experience creating and maintaining data interfaces between various platforms using various data formats. Experience building test matrices for systems testing. Experience with reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services or Microsoft Power BI Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Knowledge of: Database design and data modeling. Object-oriented programming. Version control software tools.
