The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the hotel's accounting department. Prepare and process daily cash deposits and ensure accuracy of cash handling procedures. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with month-end closing procedures. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and document management. Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software m3 preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
