The Branch Manager is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring employees, this leader ensures timely, efficient and effective service delivery for our members as well as provides member service including heavy business development. Base compensation for this position starts at $76,000/year. What will I be doing in this role? Oversee all functional areas of the branch. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing daily operations and assisting where needed to ensure that member and crewmember needs are met. Manage all aspects related to branch crewmembers which includes staffing, hiring, scheduling, evaluations, training, and coaching crewmembers to maximize their career potential. Ensure member service standards are consistently met within the branch and fosters an environment that demonstrates the FAIRWINDS Way. Effectively utilize cross-selling strategies to offer credit union products and services to members. Responsible for Business Development of the market area to achieve credit union goals and objectives. Focus on complete member satisfaction by retaining and deepening the relationship with members and potential members including account recovery. Demonstrate involvement in the community to strengthen Credit Union public relations and external business development activities. Complete volunteer/service hours as assigned. Monitor and develop branch portfolio to enhance member relationships and to meet branch scorecard objectives. Develop and monitor Business Loan strategies for new and existing relationships to meet targeted goals. Utilize sales management skills and foster a coaching environment to ensure protective solutions expectations are met for the branch. Responsible for strategic planning within the branch which includes monitoring growth, profitability, budgeting, and completion of business/action plans. Effectively utilize decision making abilities to ensure safety and soundness of the credit union, its members and the adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years of financial center branch management experience.
