WALK-IN WEDNESDAY Interview on the spot! Every Wednesday from 12pm-2pm 2500 E. Devon Ave | Des Plaines, IL 60018 -- Position Summary: Supervises the day to day activities of the Marketing Operations/Rush Reward department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure patron satisfaction at all times at Rush Rewards. Issue player rewards and complementaries (comps) to patrons. Handle patron complaints in a concerned, helpful and professional manner. Assist patrons in all aspects of Rush Rewards. Print reports for review and verification when necessary. Maintain working knowledge of his/her department. Authorized to approve and/or make adjustments to a patron's account balance. Activate and/or deactivate a patron's account. Issues new and replacement players club cards to patrons. Issues complementaries to the casino outlets and redeems marketing vouchers based on tracked play and internal comping guidelines. (No redemption for cash, only merchandise) Assists the Promotions and Events team with the day to day implementation and execution of all promotions and special event efforts. Assists the Promotions and Events team with all on and off-site marketing programs, promotions and special events for increasing casino revenues, and the tracking and analysis of these programs to ensure patrons receive extraordinary patron service and operations run smoothly. Any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager in their absence. Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS. Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 2-4 years leadership experience within Marketing or similar areas. Casino player's club or guest service experience preferred Customer service experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality Comfort with repetitive transactions Ability to communicate with Team Members and guests Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing Physical Requirements Frequent standing, twisting, and bending
