Salary Range: $75,000.00- $85,000.00 We believe in clinical quality. The compensation reflected in the job post includes the base level of a bonus package tied to your delivery of clinical impact hours. POSITION SUMMARY: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Program Supervisors serve on client cases, engage in a wide range of activities providing behavior analytic assessment and treatment in the client's residence, clinic, or school setting under the supervision of a BCBA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties/Responsibilities: Program Development Serve as the clinical lead on all cases, working with both the Program Coordinator (BCBA) and Behavior Technician (R/BT) to ensure all treatment plans are progressing to reach a client's specific goals. Conduct training workshops for the client's extended care team, perform routine fidelity checks on R/BTs, routinely collect interobserver reliability data, review client programs to analyze data, observe program implementation, and make necessary changes to the treatment program Discuss observations/concerns of care providers. Consult, supervise and revise client's curriculum, as needed, to reach target goals. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools in order to share information and implement best practice intervention programs to clients. Provide training and on-going support to parents and caregivers. Support the operations for program development needs Promote a high level of professional and ethical standards, following both company standards and BACB guidelines. Treatment: Conduct behavioral, developmental and functional-based assessments. Develop, oversee and implement client's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Perform a range of evidence-based intervention methods to assist in client treatment plans. Create and design programs and develop strategies to accomplish the goals from the client's ITP. collect, maintain and evaluate data on each client's progress. Observe and record client's behaviors and monitor client's progress. Communicate effectively with supervisory staff on both client and non-client specific matters Help cover treatment sessions for other staff members when needed. Complete other job-related duties and special assignments as directed. Visit clients in their home or school or other treatment locations, as needed. Works irregular hours when necessary in order to deliver prescribed treatment plans. Comply with the Acorn Health Code of Ethics, Corporate Compliance Program, HIPAA regulations, policies and procedures, and all other regulations, laws, and other guidance relevant to the position. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills/Abilities: Flexibility to work independently with clients in addition to working as a part of the larger team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, prepare reports and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work according to agency standards. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.. Must be a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the BACB. Enrolled in a Master's Program is highly preferred Experience/Knowledge: Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families both in clinical settings and in client homes is essential. Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is highly preferred. Minimum of intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of clients, packages, or equipment, accessing non-barrier free premises, and utilizing physical management techniques when required.
