Job Description: This position is responsible for leading teller line operations through scheduling and directing daily activity of tellers. This position will work with the Branch Manager to recognize and develop areas of improving teller staff performance through coaching and cross training. Conducts staff meetings to keep teller staff informed of policy or procedure changes. Branch training of new staff Assisting with performance reviews. Informing manager of potential issues and may be involved in corrective action process. Ongoing performance coaching of teller staff Monitoring department for compliance with established policy and regulations. Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union Manages cash vault Requirements: Two to five years of similar or related experience. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. A high school education or GED.
