Find more about Dreem health here: Position Overview As a Territory Manager, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission to enhance health outcomes for as many patients as possible. Your primary goal will be to grow patient referrals to Dreem Health by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners. These partners include primary care physicians, specialist physicians, and other healthcare professionals who refer their patients to us for sleep care. Please Note: This is a full-time position, and we are seeking candidates based in California. Key Responsibilities Identify Potential Partners: Conduct thorough research to identify healthcare partners, such as primary care physicians, specialists, clinics, local health organizations, and patient associations. Establish Partnerships: Actively promote Dreem Health's services and engage with potential partners to build collaborative relationships and achieve referral targets. Enhance Provider Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain provider partners, motivating them to consistently refer patients to Dreem Health. Monitor and Report Performance: Track partnership effectiveness through metrics such as referral rates and report findings to internal teams to guide future strategies. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with Dreem Health's strategic goals and seamless integration of services. Qualifications Background Your Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Your Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare partnership, business development, sales, or provider relations role. Experience in digital health or sleep care is a plus. Skills Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software. Knowledge of healthcare systems and the referral process. Personal Attributes Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for healthcare.
