Job Description: Corporate Development Intern USA - Boston (Hybrid) Your Impact: As a Corporate Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic growth initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our Corporate Development team on projects that shape the company's future. You will gain hands-on experience in evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions, conducting in-depth market research, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual eager to learn and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced corporate environment Key Responsibilities: Assist the Corporate Development team in the identification, evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition opportunities Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in various industries. Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing relevant data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job: Curious, motivated, and self-driven Strong research, analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills Possess business acumen and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
