EAM-Mosca Corp. - Office Manager Title: Office Manager Reporting Structure: Reports to Director PMO & Management Systems EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line packaging solutions is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager as a key contributor to the executive management team. The Office Manager's position offers significant opportunity to positively impact the organization across wide-ranging activities and projects. The Officer Manager is also empowered to provide input and own perspective on organizational development and processes and has an open horizon to further grow the role's scope and responsibilities. To be successful, the Office Manager should exhibit exemplary communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to provide and lead support to both internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism. This opportunity is a full-time, direct-hire position at our headquarters in Hazle Township, PA. EAM Mosca continually looks for talent within, and outside the organization. This position could provide a springboard to future opportunities with our successful, and growing company! Role and Responsibilities: Assist executive management with diverse projects and tasks. Provide broad administrative, organizational, and office support. Coordinate projects that may involve working with individuals inside, outside and at all levels of the organization, both domestic and international. Manage and prioritize project tasks by assisting and following up with team members. Manage calendars; set up conference calls and coordinate team functions; prepare materials and agendas for meetings, including taking meeting minutes and follow-up on action points as requested. Organize and coordinate events, travel and accommodations and similar functions. Draft and prepare company announcements, communications and presentations as needed. Task and Time Management - balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects and meet critical deadlines. Professionally represent the company and its executives in a friendly and professional manner: in-person, on calls as well as at live and virtual meetings/events. Identify needs and create organizational systems to help executives and the organization. Ability to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action. Manage sensitive matters and information with full confidentiality and discretion. Profile and Background: Degree Preferred; New college graduates are encouraged to apply! Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MS SharePoint and Teams experience is highly beneficial. Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with individuals on all levels in a professional manner and with a team-oriented approach. Highly adaptable and flexible to balance priorities and timelines; interested and engaged to learn new skills. Highly motivated and fast-paced with a commitment to professionalism and strong attention to detail. Confident and able to make sound judgement calls when needed. Demonstrate high levels of initiative, autonomy and independence. Creative and able to think outside of the box. Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in German and/or Spanish is highly beneficial and strongly preferred. Excellent writing and editing skills. Good research abilities. September 2024
