CC2 Solutions LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled Cost and Pricing Manager to join a leading consultancy specializing in international development and management solutions. We are conducting the hiring process on behalf of our esteemed client. This role is a critical position requiring expertise in cost and pricing management, offering the chance to contribute to impactful projects across various international development sectors. Joining our client's team means working on complex cost proposals and pricing strategies that significantly influence project success and profitability. Responsibilities: Provide cost and pricing support across a wide range of domestic and international proposals, ensuring all bids are competitive and compliant. Conduct price-to-win analysis and determine optimal pricing strategies for proposals. Ensure cost proposals meet profitability targets and align with organizational goals. Prepare and update budget spreadsheet templates for various contracting mechanisms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collect and analyze cost and pricing data for proposals, including in-country cost data and market data, ensuring accurate budget compilation. Utilize and maintain cost and pricing models, narratives, and schedules in accordance with RFP specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to ensure all contract pricing activities comply with company policies and client requirements. Provide capacity development to small and local subcontractors in budget preparation and cost documentation. Negotiate with partners and subcontractors to ensure compliance with donor and solicitation requirements. Prepare justifications and documentation to secure client waivers and approvals for subcontractors and other contractual elements. Review client RFPs to develop effective pricing strategies and ensure proposals are aligned with solicitation requirements. Collaborate with Technical teams, Project Managers, and Financial Management Team (FMT) to assess the financial implications of teaming, staffing, and procurement decisions. Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of USG procurement regulations including FAR/AIDAR. Expertise in cost and pricing analysis with a focus on international development projects. Proficiency in budget preparation tools , particularly Excel. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex subcontractor and partner relationships. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting price-to-win analysis. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in cost and pricing or budget management. Experience preparing and managing budgets for USAID, US Department of State, or other international development agencies. Knowledge of USG procurement regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Excel and other budgeting tools.
