Responsibilities: Assisting in the development of the Utilization report. Assisting in the development of the Driver Safety Report. Assisting in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for new procedures or new products. Monitoring equipment maintenance. Providing support to mechanics with phone and iPad issues. Ensuring that all motorized assets have a working GPS and troubleshooting any issues. Creating the weekly minute meeting report. Assisting with permits. Keeping track of equipment on projects. Collaborating with vendors on integration tasks. Managing the tracking of survey equipment. Supporting servicemen in staying on top of preventive maintenance tasks. Assisting in finding vendors for different projects. Compiling comparison charts for new equipment acquisition. Supporting the deployment of new features for shop tracking software. Managing inventory of small tools on different project. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Recent college graduate in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred. Demonstrate basic proficiency with AutoCAD Primavera, possess strong technical skills, and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly and efficiently. Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be a motivated self-starter capable of performance without supervision.
