Position Summary: This position provides support to the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll team to include employee on-boarding/off-boarding, administration of payroll, management of employee time records and oversight of company policies and practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: HRIS employee data entry, to include adjunct employee data entry and tracking Provide support to the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll. Serve as a (remote) back-up for payroll processing at site-specific locations due to resource constraints. Support the execution strategies of the new hire process, employee on-boarding and orientation, I-9 compliance, and electronic acknowledgement of required policies. Organizational support of employee training and development initiatives. Assign required learning courses, manage reporting, audit compliance with required learning assignments as well as reporting, audit, and follow-up with required training courses assignments across the organization. Perform accurate and timely payroll transactions related to garnishments to include setup, data entry, interpretation and correspondence. Provide support to the HR and Payroll team to assist with special programs and projects as directed, may include programs such as employee recognition programs or federal, state, and local specific compliance programs. Clerical tasks, documentation and data entry. Performs other duties as assigned.
