Please apply directly to Baby Dojah using the following instructions: How to apply: If you're interested in this position, please submit your application through Baby Dojah: Send your resume and cover letter to JOB DESCRIPTION Account Manager @ Baby Dojah Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all significant retailers in the assigned territory. • Research potential new leads and open new accounts. • Make daily outbound calls and write emails to expand and develop sales within the assigned territory. • Upsell Baby Dojah products and services while focusing on meeting customer needs. • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in an organized and consistent manner. • Educate buyers and budtenders about the key aspects of Baby Dojah's life Menu offerings. • Conduct in-store and online education meetings for buyers and budtenders that highlight products on Baby Dojah's menu • Support sales through promotional events and merchandise fulfillment/placement. • Follow up with clients regarding customer service issues and ensure customer needs are met and all tenable issues are resolved to the best of Baby Dojah's ability. • Utilize collaborative cross functional team skills to work with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations departments. • Process sales orders, record information, and ensure quality of data in Salesforce and other internal systems that support sales. • Harness company data and reporting tools to identify opportunities for utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive growth, such as opening new doors for UpNorth, expansion of Baby Dojah's current distribution lanes, exposing and pinpointing where past sales have been lost or potentially could have been increased, highlighting accounts displaying incremental volume increases in their ordering cycles, and business insights clearly displaying areas for growth and profitability potential. • Attend all Sales Team meetings as required. • Monitor and meet your monthly sales goals with the assistance of the Regional Sales Director, working to improve methods that achieve your goals. • Travel within assigned territory in personal vehicle to visit current and potential customers. • Maintain accurate and current account records, track opportunities, and follow leads in Customer Relations Management (CRM) software within the Salesforce platform. • Work cooperatively with other members of the Sales Team to meet goals or quotas. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • At least 3 years of B2B cannabis sales experience required, preferably in the Southern California market. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel required. • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Los Angeles region and surrounding counties. • Achieve aptitude in the skills required to promote, sell, and upsell cannabis products and the services offered by UpNorth. • Demonstrate the ability to pursue, organize, open, manage, support, and maintain client relationships. • Have aptitude in learning how to sell products requiring specific expertise and knowledge. • Display strong closing skills and a personal commitment to achieving sales targets set by Management. • Use effective communication and active listening skills, whether over the phone or in-person, giving customers full attention and taking the time to understand each individual customer's needs. • Work well independently and within a team setting. • Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a challenging environment. • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States. • Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
