Job Description Your Role The Growth and Servicing Analytics team leads channel, front and back office, line of business, experience and audit analytics. The Scum Master, Consultant will lead and facilitate data capability use cases and complex analytic solution projects spanning requirements development through execution tracking. The Scrum Master, Consultant will report to the Senior Director, Growth and Servicing Analytics. In this role you will shepherd major initiatives leading to OPEX reduction, member growth, digital first engagement and NPS and customer satisfaction improvements. Your Work In this role, you will: Serve as the Scrum Master/Team Coach for Agile teams Educate and lead one or more Agile teams in Scrum, Built-in Quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and practices Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by preparing the Agile team for PI Planning and supporting the team to create PI plans, objectives, and business values Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Product Management roles across the enterprise to help business units mature on the path towards business agility Lead iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective) Be the primary liaison to the Data Services team acting as Scrum Master and Project Manager to develop and oversee use cases, facilitating conversations with both engineering/technical team and product/business team members, including capturing / translating requirements helping detail data requirements and project managing use cases in progress Drive delivery and strategic alignment through cross-functional road-mapping in line with Growth and Servicing Partner goals and corporate goals Be a hands-on management driver for team strategy and projects: defining/tracking team goals, roadmap planning, helping groom plans for larger scale projects to ensure steps, risks, contingencies etc are addressed, ensuring work is prioritized appropriately when cross-functional support is needed via JIRA Represent team and Key Project funding meetings: proactively collaborating with Key IT leaders and attending strategic planning sessions, big board planning sessions and portfolio planning sessions to get use cases on the board and provide funding estimates and other detail as needed Be the Air Traffic Controller of teamwork products: creating and maintaining structure of crucial work within the team preparing documents that showcase JIRA project lists in JIRA or other summary formats, project managing work subcontracted to other D&A teams with proper timelines and milestones and managing wins of the week submissions Help the team communicate statuses of projects with well-designed executive level content and graphics Qualifications Your Knowledge and Experience Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification and 7 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience Requires Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) Preferred Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC); CSM, A-CSM (Scrum Alliance certifications) Preferred experience as a Scrum Master role for minimum of two years for a Scrum team Preferred experience using JIRA and AgilePlace Relevant work experience interacting with or supporting technical/ analytical teams; technical program manager experience preferred Expert at tools such as Jira, Tableau, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Office suite Advanced at creating MS Excel pivots/filters and analyze contents Must be able to assemble, distill, and communicate/present status updates or recommendations or other key messages in a clear and cogent manner to different levels of management Very detail oriented; must take pride in end products Able to manage multiple priorities across multiple work streams and partners Pay Range: The pay range for this role is: $ 118800.00 to $ 178200.00 for California. Note: Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade.
