Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $ 37,850 Job Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: Approve and process participant budgets Obtain documentation to confirm eligibility prior to processing budgets Maintain program for producing budget reports Assist in both fiscal and program audits Address and resolve billing questions related to eligibility Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel spreadsheet skills Minimum of two years of experience with spreadsheet applications Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations Benefits: 37.5 hour work week, 7.5 hour work day, flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, four-day work week, every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule 16 annual vacation days, 12 annual sick days, and 13 annual paid holidays (now includes Eid-Al-Fitr and Yom Kippur) 401K with up to 10% employer investment Heavily subsidized health/vision/dental insurance Additional benefits available Travel Required: No Location: Utica, NY RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage.
