Independent Medical Center seeks a Pathology Physician to work near Indiana, PA (1hr from Pittsburgh!) Team of 2 pathologists Yearly statistics system-wide: 8000 surgical cases 1000 non GYN cytologies and fine needle aspirations 8000 PAPs 3-5 frozen sections per week 3-5 fine needle aspirations per week (ultrasound guided or with EBUS) There are no autopsies The candidate must have experience signing out pathology cases without supervision. He/she must possess good communication skills and speak English fluently. This is a 0.75 to full time position with flexible schedule Background Profile: Pathologist Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pathology Ability to have PA state medical license Great at relationship building, both with patients and colleagues H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary About the Area: Indiana, Pennsylvania is located 1 hour east of Pittsburgh.
