Customer Support Specialist

LHH is seeking an organized individual to join our client's Customer Support team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be providing exceptional support in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service by answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from participants regarding prescription enrollment Quote self-payments amounts, research and verify eligibility, and update all relevant information. Data entry and call documentation Administrative organization.
