The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of experience in handling complex commercial litigation, with a strong track record in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. We value candidates who possess exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills and can thrive both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of both procedural and substantive law, with a proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution. Strong experience in contract disputes and business torts is preferred. Admission to the New York State Bar is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. Conduct thorough legal research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and effective legal strategies. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation. Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to the New York State Bar . Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Compensation & Benefits: Hybrid opportunity.
