Our client is an independent registered investment advisory firm that provides personalized financial planning and investment management services to individuals, families, and businesses. They are seeking a friendly, competitive, and driven perfectionist with strong communication and problem-solving abilities who enjoys responding with urgency to all client requests and taking on a variety of tasks to increase the company's capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Overview: Create exceptional experiences for clients: Field and respond to inbound client requests across multiple channels as the first point of contact with the firm. Perform all required client support activities from updating beneficiaries at Schwab moving money for clients. Prepare and process all new account paperwork and account maintenance paperwork. Assist in the management of broker dealer operations and paperwork. Coordinate with trading team and place simple trades when needed. Assist with the RMD process. Answer basic client questions related to their accounts. Give clients access to eMoney and help them with any connection issues should they arise. Familiar with Redtail CRM system to initiate and create workflows and run reports. Ability to understand the financial planning process and learn planning software to coordinate and communicate with clients and financial planners. Ability to learn and navigate Orion investment trading platform. Maintain the firms training manual and ensure it is constantly up to date and accurate with the latest firm processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics or related experience 5+ year of experience in client service and/or operations in the financial services industry (preferably with an independent registered investment advisory firm) Industry knowledge required, professional designations are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required); experience with CRM, document management, and portfolio accounting software (preferred) Experience in our tech stack a plus (Redtail, Holistiplan, eMoney, Charles Schwab, Orion, Calendly, Riskalyze, FP Pathfinder) Employee Benefits: 401(k) with company match, and profit sharing Cash balance pension plan Employer paid medical insurance Flexible work schedule For more information please send your resume to
