The District schools include: Waggoner Elementary School (TK - 2), Shirley Rominger Intermediate School (3-5), Winters Middle School (6 - 8), Winters High School (9 - 12), Wolfskill Continuation High School / Career Readiness Academy (grades 9 - 12), and the Winters State Preschool Center and Head Start Program. The District employs approximately 250 employees and is the 2nd largest employer in Winters. Students have access to excellent core academic programs which are enhanced by strong co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, including visual/performing arts, athletics, agriculture, and student leadership opportunities. Job Summary In-person candidates only. $6,000 signing bonus paid over 3 years. 4-6% salary increase negotiated for 23-24 STS/PERS eligible Medical, dental, vision benefits Annual stipends available: 5% Column 1 Step 1 Special Education Annual stipends available 3% Column 1 step 1: Advanced License Bilingual Requirements / Qualifications A valid Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential with Language, Speech, and Hearing authorization OR a Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential with Language, Speech, and Hearing authorization from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing is required. Or, the preliminary courses and exams to be eligible for an SLP program so a waiver can be issued. All requested documents must be attached electronically to your online application.
