LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist job for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience. The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment performing full cycle 3-way matching handling 150 to 200 AP invoices a week, related data entry, process employee expense reports, report generation, maintain AP GL, build vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies, and assist on other duties and projects as needed. Qualifications: - Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment (3-way matching) - Software experience with Quickbooks is required (Preferably Quickbooks Desktop) - Solid knowledge of general accounting understanding debits and credits - Team player, willing to ask questions, and gets the job done - Reliable, multi-tasker, and flexible - Detailed, analytical, and organized - Solid communications (written & verbal) - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Intermediate, Word & Outlook) - Associates or Bachelors Degree would be a plus Experience: Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience (Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant) Employment Type: Temp to Hire If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume !
