Program structure: Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months Fully onsite Start date: Summer 2025 What we're looking for: Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Materials Engineering or related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level. Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher. Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to succeed in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Preferred experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environment. AutoCAD experience. What you'll focus on: Participate in Continuous Improvement projects. Assist in other projects and function as a resource for other team members. Participate in the fundamentals of product design and development including testing using a variety of tools and equipment.
