Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in construction-related disputes, including contract disputes, claims for damages, and regulatory issues. Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to trial and post-trial matters. Advise clients on risk management and compliance with construction laws and regulations. Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and other stakeholders to build compelling cases. Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends impacting construction law. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Virginia State Bar membership. 6-8+ years of experience in construction litigation or related practice areas.
