Job Description **Only local candidate who can work in hybrid environment. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 1-2 times a week initially, increasing to 3+ days in November and December.** Description: Required: Need to have 5-8 years of experience with payroll data analysis and Ceridian DayForce applications. Nice to have: Experience managing payroll for over 5,000 employees and ticket management systems like ServiceNow. Must-Have Skills: • Candidates need to have 5 years of experience. • Payroll process experience. • Experience with Ceridian DayForce applications. • Data analysis skills. • Effective communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: • 2 years of payroll experience with year-end process knowledge. • Experience with UKG, ADP, and Ceridian DayForce payroll platforms. • Experience managing payroll for over 5,000 employees and ticket management systems like ServiceNow. • Ability to adapt and learn without standard operating procedures or manuals. Additional Information: • Supervisory experience in payroll data analysis is preferred. They will not be supervising other workers. • Relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education Position Description: • Completes company specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases, i.e. for mergers, acquisitions or integrations. • Coordinates processing of payroll information among team members. • Prepares and distributes various payroll reports for clients and management. • Interfaces with HR IT to ensure integration requirements are properly communicated and implemented. • Reconciles payroll accounts. • Responds to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration. • Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders or levels including facilitating payments to agencies. • Impacts: Is expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions.
