Architectural Interiors Manager West Chester, OH Direct Placement Opportunity Our client works across multiple industries and strives to create spaces by providing a best in class tailored experiences for clients within Furniture & Furnishings, Architectural Interiors, and Facilities Services design build projects and solutions. They are a thriving organization with locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Louisville. The Architectural Interiors Manager is responsible for the operation of the following sectors of our business: Demountable Walls Flooring Sound Masking Window Coverings Misc. Architectural Features Relationship Manager: Our Architectural Interiors Manager (AIM) must have strong relationship building skills both internally and externally. As group leader, he or she is responsible for developing and managing relational sales methodology, including analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of our strategic relationships, revenue, methods, costs, and results. He or she also will direct and oversee the company function to identify and develop new customers for the architectural interiors product lines. Collaborator: The Architectural Interiors Manager position is a collaborator, working with GM and HR Manager to assist with hiring and retaining the most well-trained and motivated staff available; promoting growth and development of staff by utilizing the ability to coach, mentor, and teach; promoting growth and development of our construction services through the efforts of our motivated team; and developing collaborative relationships with key client contacts with strategic CM/GC partners. As collaborator, the AIM is responsive to direction and constructive feedback, allowing him or her to improve his or her own skills and show flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments. Functional Manager: Our AIM will be responsible for driving business operations as they relate to the construction trades. He or she must serve as a strong functional leader overseeing project managers, estimators, skilled tradespeople, sales, and administrative team. He or she also is a core member of the leadership team. The DCS engages with many of our internal employees and would have multiple direct reports.
