As a Client Outreach Specialist, you will partner with Guardian General Agencies to help drive referrals and enhance the customer experience through proactive outreach to existing clients. You will also work to test new client retention and lead generation efforts. You are A strong communicator who can break down complex concepts into simple language Excellent Relationship Management/Client Relations skills Demonstrate abilities in time management, including managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines Highly energized, motivated self-starter with critical thinking skills Team Player with ability to build relationships and effectively interact both internally and externally You will Partner with General Agencies and Financial Representatives to Uncover policy issues and provide problem resolution Identify potential sales and planning opportunities 80% of the day will be spend on the phone making outbound calls or answering inbound calls Deliver high level of support to clients and prospects Handle inbound service calls Collaborate with General Agents, Financial Representatives, and staff members to help drive sales and service clients Participate in Lead Generation efforts Proactively call clients and prospects You have 3+ years life insurance sales and support experience Life and Health Licenses required Strong insurance knowledge College Degree or relevant work experience Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with strong sense of accountability Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Customer service experience required Location Bethlehem, PA - Pittsfield, MA - Holmdel, NJ 2 day in office and 3 days work from home Salary Range $56,680.00 - $85,015.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
