Based in Chanhassen, MN this Finance Manager position will have functional responsibilities in a manufacturing, distribution and sales environment. Responsibilities would include P&L management for a business unit site and product family reporting group and related accounting responsibilities with compliance to US GAAP and corporate financial policies. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst looking to grow their career to the next level. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Partner with business unit general manager by providing financial management and analysis to achieve business and financial objectives. Supervise and coordinate accounting close process and financial statement preparation, with analysis of business unit results and functional area reporting requirements, to produce accurate & timely financial documents. Review overall valuation and control of site assets and/or liability categories and coordinate related monthly and annual processes to ensure proper reporting. Implement and monitor effective internal controls and procedures and coordinate financial audits and reviews of operational processes to support those controls. Define, document and maintain financial business system requirements and provide financial oversight to the design, testing and utilization of those systems. Complete, publish and present site management reporting, including variance analysis, and communicate financial status and issues with management. Advise business unit management of performance results and options for improvement. Manage budgeting and financial planning projects with reporting, analysis and guidance to site management to achieve site financial objectives, including sales, profitability and asset management metrics. May supervise or provide work direction and training to financial staff or related functions. Provide financial leadership, development and support to site functional groups. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in business or related field Minimum Six (6) years related experience required Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
