IAM Engineer SSO Implementation Specialist (Azure AD)

Job Title: IAM Engineer - SSO Implementation Specialist (Azure AD) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-12 Months Contract Description: Vantage Data Centers (VDC) is looking for an experienced IAM Engineer specialized in Single Sign-On (SSO). You will be working as part of a global team in charge of securing our environment. What you will be doing Configure VDC's Identity provider to interact with a variety of SaaS platforms. Configure third-party applications to use Single Sign-on with SAML 2.0 or OIDC Interact with business owners of the third-party applications to explain SSO, address required questions and assess risks. Write documentation on the details of the implementation, post on Confluence, and communicate the implementation to the Tier 2 service desk. Write procedures for offloading management of the userbase to the Tier 1 service desk. Provide support to business owners (application owners) when required. Review the existing list of integrations to cleanup unused configurations. Participate in Sprint grooming and retrospective sessions, attend daily stand-ups, meet with business owners and third-party application vendors to perform due diligence, and document daily progress of tasks in Jira Report weekly progress of assigned Sprint tasks completed, blocked, and on deck for the upcoming week. Core skills required: Comprehensive understanding of SAML2.0 and OIDC Experience with configuring Single Sign-On using Microsoft Azure AD Experience creating and managing Security Groups on Microsoft Azure AD Nice to have skills: Has worked in an environment controlled by Change Management Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, best practices, and industry standards. Ability to assess security risks associated with IAM implementations and propose risk mitigation strategies. Experience in driving organizational change related to IAM initiatives.
