Office Administrator Bloomington, MN Currently looking for a skilled individual for a temp-to-hire Office Administrator opening with a company located in Bloomington, MN. Interested candidates should have 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience, strong computer competency and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Office Administrator Job Description: Support the senior management team with meeting management including scheduling meetings, creating PowerPoint content, and preparing catering arrangements as needed. Participates in the Employee Engagement Committee and coordinates that focus on team building and improving overall team health Coordinates travel, hotel accommodation and other logistics for visitors, external guests and the General Manager as needed. Responsible for screening visitors in advance in accordance with international trade compliance, MKDenial process. Responsible managing and improving the incoming and outgoing mail process. Collaborate with the Maintenance / Facility team to ensure that the office is up to date and presentable. Manage catering for key internal meetings while tracking costs and invoicing. Serves as the sole contact with office vendors i.e. Shred it, Hermel Vending, etc. Special projects that focus on continuous process improvement and employee engagement Coordinate all new employee onboarding tasks. Administer the onsite security access system which includes badge access to employees and visitors. Possibly serve as backup for hourly payroll. Maintain company email distribution lists and Teams channels to reflect terminations and new hires. Responsible for all office supplies including managing inventory and placing orders. Office Administrator Job Requirement: Associates degree in the Business field with 3+ years of experience High School Diploma or approved GED with 5+ years of experience or more 3-5 years of experience working as an Executive Administrator Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Ability to adapt quickly and to prioritize tasks Compensation for Office Administrator: The starting salary for the Office Administrator position is $24-$27 per hour (DOE).
