Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 3+ years of experience in SCCM administration. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune. Proven experience in managing large-scale SCCM and Intune deployments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SCCM architecture, design, and implementation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune configuration and management. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 integration. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification. Experience with other Microsoft Endpoint Manager components. Knowledge of ITIL practices.
