Responsibilities: As a Auto Body Technician you will: Restore structural condition in accordance with Honda Marysville integrity and manufacturer's specifications Communicate with body shop manager and parts department through all collision repairs Ability to work with a variety of materials, along with basic electrical, glass and mechanical installations Maintain communication with entire collision center/dealership associates throughout the day Execute repair procedures and protocols in a timely manner based on estimates time-frame Perform any other work related duties assigned by his/her supervisor Flexibility with days and hours in times of high volume Qualifications: Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications: 2-3 years minimum of auto body technician experience required Able to make independent decisions on repair process, parts and timing Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, etc. required to perform job in a safe and proper manner. Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Pass a pre-employment drug screen
