As a Preconstruction Manager at Journey Construction, you will lead the project team to achieve scope, budget alignment, and schedule alignment from the early preconstruction phase. By taking the lead role in preconstruction team meetings, you will emphasize the importance of effective communication and information sharing throughout the process. Building strong relationships and providing guidance to all stakeholders, including subcontractors, project management, and designers, will be crucial in ensuring an integrated team experience. With a focus on preparing preconstruction schedules and reviewing estimates and schedules for projects, you will play a key role in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery. In this dynamic role, you will showcase your expertise in cost analysis, market impacts, and value engineering while mentoring the preconstruction team and driving continuous improvement in procurement strategies.
