We're seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Logistics & Customer Service to drive long-term strategy and lead a small team in logistics operations and customer service functions across 3 points of distribution, 2 3PL partners, as well as logistics executed through Amazon. If you have a passion for analytics and building scalable and sustainable processes that support cross-functional growth in a fast-paced environment, then we want to talk to you! Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or Math preferred). Must have demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. 5 years experience in Logistics including e-com and retail fulfillment. Highly proficient in cost analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Netsuite & Shipfusion experience preferred but not required.
