Outside Service Estimator

Description Outside Sales/Service Estimator Pace Transportation Services is a division of Hinton Transportation Investments, Inc. (HTI) that focuses on sales, service, parts, and leasing for the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket. Pace is seeking a dedicated Outside Estimator who can provide unrivaled customer service and heavy-duty expertise to our customers. Position Summary: This position will be responsible for driving increased sales from an existing customer base and developing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation maintenance industry (including semi-trailers, box trucks, and spotters). Travel up to 75% of the time within a given territory. Work closely with the parts department to understand cost and lead time. Understand repair times and repair standards. Be a bridge between the service department and the customer. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of Outside Sales experience with a proven sales record. Transportation and/or Logistics industry experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products. ERP experience is a plus; experience with Adjust-rite and/or Karmak operating systems preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated with an aggrieve "go-getter" attitude.
