FULL-TIME BENEFITS: Medical/Dental/Vision Generous Paid Time Off 401K with a 5% Employer Match Flexible Work Schedule Paid Uniforms Voluntary Benefits, such as Life Insurance, and ST/LT Disability Company Paid Life Insurance HSA with Employer Contribution Employee Assistance Program Flat Rate Pay with Generous and Achievable Bonus Tiers Paid Training Programs ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and repair full frame and unibody structural damage Work as a team to assure CSI scores remain at or above industry standards Perform service efficiently and according to dealership guidelines Follow manufacturer's repair procedures Follow safeguards, rules and regulations Coordinate with Refinish Technicians to maintain efficiencies Document work on E-checklists Perform other related duties as assigned Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of one year of automotive collision repair experience I-CAR certifications a plus Valid driver license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Must be authorized to work in the United States AAP/EEO STATEMENT/ADA STATEMENT: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
