Qualifications and Detail about the Position Broad Function The Office Administrator organizes office operations and procedures, such as bookkeeping, Contracts, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Essential Functions •Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business •Evaluates office production, updates procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow. •Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices with all Regional Employees. •Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. •Plans office layouts and initiates cost reduction programs. •Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. •Prepares activities reports for guidance of management. •Prepares employee ratings and conducts employee benefit and insurance programs. Work with Billing Team to ensure the capture of all possible revenue. Initiates both verbal and written contact with identified customers Troubleshoots and keeps track of outstanding payment issues and generates weekly aging reports. Conducts account research, analysis, and problem resolution of the company's Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor •May prepare organizational budget and monthly financial reports. •May compile, store, and retrieve managerial data.
