Description Auto Collision Estimator PA Appraiser License Required $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS 70K and up yearly depending on experience. Conicelli Autoplex is looking for a full-time body shop estimator to join our family. Job Responsibilities: Break down estimates into labor and parts before job is started so body shop technicians are aware of time allowances Follow up parts department orders to insure parts availability Revise and approve time allowances of each job Assist with quality check of completed jobs Prepare final billing for completed repair orders Aiding in the daily activities of the shop including: communications with technicians, painters, other departments within the dealership, insurance company representatives parts wholesale customers Estimate writing, repair selling, job scheduling, completion date notification repair order billing, filing, problem solving, phone answering, supplement authorization and follow-up, weekly payroll, Quality Control maintenance and continual education in the Body Shop Industry Job Requirements: Position responsible for writing body shop damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and completing billing and other shop income related activities. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent valid Pennsylvania appraiser's license. We are a family owned and operated Dealership for more than 30 years. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles. Valid driver's license. Must have own tools. Ability to interpret vendor catalogs. Must maintain all O.E.M Manufacturer, ICAR Training. Two years of Body Shop Experience or Collision Tech School Training a Plus. Positive attitude. WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a physically demanding position. Will stand for six to eight hours per shift. Will lift parts and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust & paint fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
