Assisting customers with their needs. Communicate repair plans and navigate customer through repair process Occasionally maneuver around and underneath damaged vehicles Qualifications : Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
