Job Description Summary The Event Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for managing marketing requests for events hosted by banks, events team, and loyalty programs. This role involves coordinating event marketing requests, project managing targeted marketing programs for maximum event engagement, and utilizing project management tools for efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What You'll Do Coordinate event related marketing pieces such as collateral, direct marketing materials, email blasts, and more Build collaborative relationships with internal groups and bank teams to ensure clear communication and strategic planning Manage marketing requests from bank charter's staff, Wintrust business line representatives, and Affinity Program Managers Develop and manage timelines to ensure project deliverables stay on track Ensure standards and consistency in all event communications and materials Utilize project management software to oversee and prioritize workload efficiently Qualifications 3-5 years related experience with project management experience preferred Strong communication and attention to detail Benefits Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability Insurance, Parental Leave, 401(k) with company match, and other valuable benefits #LI-HYBRID
