Posting Description: Aon Is Looking for A Vice President, Credit Solutions! As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Brokerage group within Aon Risk Solutions. This position can be based in either Baltimore or New York City as a Hybrid role. Aon is in the business of better decisions. What the day will look like: Identify and target potential clients to expand the firms client base Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects Analyze market trends and industry activity to provide best-in-class data and analytics for existing and new clients Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and achieve sales targets Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Trade Credit insurance marketplace, products and services, developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters Work in conjunction with Account Executives on various daily activities including underwriter and client interaction Facilitate the compilation of submission information in conjunction with appropriate external client contacts and internal Aon clients Provide broking status and continuous support and service to clients during entire broking process and entire period of engagement by client (this is a continuous process) Demonstrate ability with all elements of client presentations including technical writing and verbal presentation skills. Utilize effective negotiation skills. Drive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service process Replicate effective products/solutions and develop broking opportunities Build broker skills through various team projects and strategy sessions Skills and experience that will lead to success: 7+ years of Trade Credit insurance experience. Strong negotiation skills Ability to build relationships Active P&C License will need to be obtained within the first 6 months. Education: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position is $164,400.00 to $215,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
