What You'll Do: Vehicle Handling - Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, wash areas, and parking spaces. Customer Interaction - Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups. Lot Organization - Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly service lot, ensuring vehicles are parked properly and ready for service. Support the Service Team - Assist the service department with various tasks, including prepping vehicles for service and assisting the Service Greeters with moving vehicles on the Service drive to ensure our Guests are promptly greeted and assisted in a timely matter. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Salary Description: $18.00- $19.00 an Hour Requirements Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations. 4 years of driving experience Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
