About the job Collision Repair Technician Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Norfolk, VA is currently hiring Automotive Body Shop Technicians where top performers can earn up to $140,000 annually! Incredible benefits including FREE healthcare and generous PTO State-of-the-art facility and equipment Clean, comfortable, air-conditioned shop Awesome team atmosphere Generous employee recognition programs Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Examine body damage on customer vehicles and identify necessary repair work Estimate cost of bodywork and order parts when necessary Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts Documents repairs performed Performs body repairs efficiently and according to Collision Center and insurance company guidelines Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Job Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Background check/drug test Must be available to work Saturdays At least 1 year of body repair experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Please submit your resume for consideration and a representative from C.Rice Global (automotive recruiting/staffing agency) will contact you.
