Job Title: Vice President/Associate of Equity Derivative Sales Corporate Title: Vice President Reports to: Managing Director, Head of Equity Derivatives Department: Derivatives Location: New York Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 We are seeking a strong candidate to join the fast-growing Equity Derivatives Team based in New York. The role will involve working as part of a close-knit team of salespeople and trading assistants to cover our institutional clients' derivatives needs. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to be primary sales coverage for your own account package. Success will come for someone who is a self-motivator and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Must have a strong desire to network as well as develop and maintain relationships within the industry. Some sales experience is necessary as is an understanding of listed equity derivatives. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide derivative solutions and execution for institutional clients Work collaboratively within Equity Derivatives and the broader Institutional Equity Group to help assist important firm clients Source and pursue prospective new clients to onboard with the firm Idea generation Experience and Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree required Series 7, 55, 63 required 2-4+ years experience in Derivatives Sales or Trading. Existing account package is a plus. Experience with options order handling a plus Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential Due to the internal/external levels of management interaction candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
